Highly recommend it for families with kids

The buffet breakfast was genuinely amazing, like a real restaurant buffet. I mean, they had everything fresh, well-prepared, and no greasy stuff. And I got a chance to watch families using that little patio area outside while I was in the pool, it looked like they were having a blast!

A few hiccups marred the experience. Upon checking in, the view promised just wasn’t there, as the 'lake view' turned out to be a parking lot. The elevators were out of commission during check-out, pushing guests to use the service stairs, which added a bit of unnecessary hassle. The ice machine on our floor was broken, and a leaky shower became a constant annoyance since there was no staff around to report it to. It seemed like the hotel was at capacity, but there just weren’t enough personnel to manage things properly, which is a shame given the charm it could have.

I had a wonderful experience lounging by the indoor pool while enjoying the heated swimming pool too! The room was well-designed, and the beds were so comfy that I slept like a baby. Just a heads-up, the breakfast could use a few more options, but overall, I’d totally recommend this place! 😊
